My story Alex The Story Behind Our Logo The story behind our logo is a perfect reflection of our family’s journey—from humble beginnings to where we are today. Back when I was a sophomore in high school, I wanted to create something that would represent our business in a fun and memorable way. I drew a cartoon of my dad and my brother, "fixing" shutters with actual doctor equipment—because, to us, the work we did felt almost like a “doctor” for window treatments. It was a playful nod to our hands-on, problem-solving approach to repairs. I took the drawing to the library and had 250 flyers printed out. Then, my family and I went door-to-door, passing them out to homes in the area. That flyer, which started as a high school project, has since evolved into much more than just a flyer.

Today, it’s proudly displayed on four of our vans and has traveled to countless homes across the valley, helping people recognize who we are and what we do. Looking back, it’s surreal to see how something so small and personal has become such a big part of the company’s identity. It means so much to me, not only because it represents the hard work of our family, but also because of how much my dad loves it. Seeing that logo on our vans, knowing it started from my own drawing, is a constant reminder of how far we’ve come—and how far we can go.
